This is a full-time, hands‑on role for someone who thrives on results and leads with positivity.

• Achieve sales goals for memberships and wellness services using real‑time dashboards & leading a high‑performance team in & out of studio.
• Recruit, train, and motivate your team—build a culture where everyone grows and wins.
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued.
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, staffing, marketing, and financials.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and exceed goals – (Network & foster relationships w/local fitness & wellness community, key influencers, corporate offices, clubhouses, apartment & other communities; develop & lead events)
• Lead by example, energizing the team and reinforcing our mission and values in every interaction.

• 1+ year of team management in retail, fitness, wellness, or medspa.
• Strong sales record—hits targets, drives KPIs, and celebrates wins.
• Confident with POS/software (Mindbody or similar) & MS Office.
• Relationship-builder with a solutions mindset.
