• Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations on high-end residential and country club projects
• Manage multiple trades, sequencing, and complex scheduling with minimal oversight
• Maintain exceptional quality control standards and site safety
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients, architects, and consultants
• Mentor junior field staff and reinforce company standards

• Extensive experience in luxury custom homes and/or exclusive club construction
• Proven leadership managing complex, high-detail projects
