Opportunity Overview

Established professional services firm in Delray Beach, FL seeking a high-impact Chief of Staff to partner with CEO and leadership team during pivotal growth phase. This role drives operational and administrative excellence, coordinates cross-functional logistics, and ensures seamless execution of company priorities.

• Manage executive operations/administration including meeting coordination, priority management, and cross-functional alignment
• Support operational workflows including logistics, scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day needs that enable CEO’s effectiveness
• Serve as liaison for CEO with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate information flow and communications across the organization
• Own tactical execution of projects independently

• 5+ years in Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant, operations, or project management roles supporting C-Suite/C-Level projects
• Strong operational and analytical thinking skills
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and drives solutions
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office & Google Suites, and Zoom
• Ability to commute Mon-Fri to HQ in Delray Beach, FL
• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
