Open position focused on day‑to‑day operations of a Company account, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President. Pay grade 16, salary range $110,000–$115,000 per year.
Job SummaryThe General Manager will manage P&L, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and training. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with customers, guests, and clients, collaborating with the Chef and management team on menu creation and culinary programs, and ensuring superior food quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
- Manage daily operations of the account.
- Conduct HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and deliver top‑quality food.
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with company marketing and the culinary team.
- BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
- Five years of food service operation experience.
- High‑volume production and catering experience.
- Prior experience managing a budget.
- Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch food service company.
