• Full control over estimate, bid, and project management
• Steady commercial project pipeline in Southeast Florida
• Supportive leadership and stable internal processes

• Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial construction projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
• Lead on‑site coordination with supers and field teams
• Maintain client communication, progress reporting, and change‑order management
• Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with quality expectations
• Handle cost tracking, contract administration, and project documentation
• Project sizes 250k–30M
