Fitt Insider is hiring a Global Supply Chain Analyst in Delray Beach, FL, reporting to the Global Supply Chain & Inventory Manager.

• Collaborate logistics activities with suppliers and international 3PL partners to ensure timely and efficient management of purchase orders.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for outbound international shipments and inventory transit across global markets.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, transit statuses, and logistics performance metrics.
• Assist in optimizing global supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance for international shipments, inbound and outbound transit.
• Provide regular KPI updates and maintain supply chain databases.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in global supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of international shipping, customs, and transit regulations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a focus on international partners.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficient in Net Suite or comparable ERP, WMS software, Microsoft Excel and
