With a strong emphasis on customer care and attention to detail, our close-knit team works collaboratively to deliver exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to our clients.

The Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of commercial insurance accounts, serve as a primary point of contact for clients, and ensure a high standard of customer service through effective communication and account support.

• Proven account management and customer service experience
• Insurance industry experience required (Condo and HOA experience preferred)
• Florida Property & Casualty 2-20 License (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively
• Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products and regulatory requirements
• Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Professional designations such as CIC, ARM, or CPCU (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
