Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, career fairs, and school partnerships.
• Handle the full recruiting process: posting, reviewing applications, phone screening, scheduling, nny; interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and keep them updated

• Represent Schumacher Auto at job fairs, community events, and school activities to attract talent.
• Work with HR and department leaders for smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Travel between Palm Beach County dealership locations for interviews, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support HR initiatives and other recruiting‑related projects as needed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience (Automotive industry experience a plus).
• Comfortable managing end‑to‑end recruiting (posting, screening, scheduling, offer coordination, onboarding).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Profic ทีม with recruiting tools: job boards, ATS systems, Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel between Palm Beach County dealership locations as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Salary: Negotiated based on experience.
