- Oversee the daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, income audit, payroll, and financial reporting functions.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to GAAP, USALI and company standards.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans in collaboration with operational leaders.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide insight into revenue trends, labor productivity, and expense control opportunities across departments.
- Maintain accurate reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
- In-depth understanding of hospitality accounting systems (e.g., PMS, POS, golf management, inventory, and procurement systems).
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Springer Miller Systems Host, Profit Sage, F&O, Jonas, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to partner effectively with both corporate and operational leaders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment.
- Commitment to discretion, integrity, and maintaining confidentiality in all financial matters.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
