As an Administrative Care Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of our patient experience—working closely with patients, providers, and teammates while gaining exposure to medical operations, patient care coordination, and healthcare administration.

What you’ll do
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome in person and by phone
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups
  • Support check-in, check-out and patient flow
  • Collect and update patient information accurately
  • Communicate clearly with clinical staff to keep the schedule on track
  • Assist with basic office tasks, scanning and documentation
  • Resolve patient questions with empathy and urgency
What we’re looking for
  • No experience required, we train
  • Strong customer service skills and a calm, friendly presence
  • Clear communication, professionalism and attention to detail
  • Comfort learning new software and workflows quickly
  • Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
  • Interest in healthcare, patient service, pre-med, pre-PA or related paths is a plus
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong IT and computer application skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred commitment
  • 18 to 24 months preferred (ideal “gap-year” role)
Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday (hours set by clinic schedule)
