Location: Delray Beach, Florida
Shift: Full-Time, All Shifts
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour plus shift differentials

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main caregiver, providing support for all activities of daily living.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility needs.

• Maintain patient stability by monitoring weight, vitals, and input/output.

• Communicate any observations of changes in a resident’s status to the nursing team.

• Assist nurses and other medical staff with procedures and treatments as needed.

• Ensure resident rooms and living areas are clean, comfortable, and safe.

• Support residents’ emotional well-being by providing companionship and social interaction.

• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.

• Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in resident condition.

• Perform other job-related duties as required.

• Valid CNA license in the state of Florida.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred.

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, with the ability to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality.
