We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations (8–10 years of leadership experience preferred) to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of Advanced Dentistry of South Florida
, one of Delray Beach’s premier technology‑driven, upscale dental practices.

The Director of Operations will lead the practice in achieving operational excellence, managing a team of over 10 providers, clinical staff, and ensuring our reputation as a premier dental destination for the South Florida community.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and insurance coordination.
• Manage HR functions: hiring, credentialing, compliance, staff training, and performance management.
• Support and coordinate across general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, and hygiene.
• Lead technology adoption to streamline workflows and improve patient care.
• Ensure five‑star patient experiences across all services — from emergency visits to cosmetic enhancements.
• Monitor and improve scheduling systems, call performance, and reappointment processes.
• Oversee online reviews, reputation management, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Track budgets, KPIs, and financial performance; implement strategies to meet growth and collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal regulations.
• Oversee insurance processing, billing accuracy, and collections.

• Lead community outreach and marketing initiatives, building relationships with local organizations, businesses, and referral partners.
• Oversee promotional products, sponsor ships, and practice branding campaigns.
• Manage social media presence, digital marketing platforms, and internal patient engagement programs.

• 8–10 years of leadership experience in healthcare/dental operations.
• Proven track record managing high‑volume practices with multiple providers.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Marketing and community engagement experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
