Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager will oversee the creation and execution of strategic sales initiatives, and build strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and analyzing market trends to maximize growth. Collaboration with other departments to ensure aligned goals and operational success will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategy development, and business development
- Experience in managing teams, leadership, and performance enhancement
- Effective communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use sales-related software tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in the collection industry or related fields is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
