Job Title:
Sales Assistant – Senior Living Community

Are you highly organized, people-focused, and passionate about supporting seniors and their families? We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support our Leasing and Sales team in a fast-paced senior living community environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes while playing a critical part in driving occupancy, creating exceptional first impressions, and ensuring smooth move-ins for new residents.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Leasing Coordinator and Sales & Leasing Manager by handling administrative, pre-move-in, and sales support responsibilities so they can focus on growing census and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing all documentation for Pre-Move-In appointments, including residency agreements and required paperwork
• Following up with families to ensure all necessary documents are received
• Coordinating with department managers to ensure seamless move-ins
• Ensuring the community is always tour-ready (model rooms, tour paths, signage, etc.)
• Supporting the sales team with lead follow-up and database management
• Assisting with marketing events and networking opportunities
• Helping maintain a 4.8-star Google and referral partner rating
• Ensuring rented and deposited rooms are ready for move-in according to company standards
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and supporting rent roll accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfort working with seniors and understanding their needs
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and community software
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred, but not required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors and their families.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in computers skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
