Law Clerk

We are seeking a Foreclosure Office Services & Process of Service Specialist to support a high-volume foreclosure environment. This fully onsite role is responsible for office services, mail processing, collateral document handling, and ensuring proper service of process on foreclosure matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal setting.

• Verify proper completion of service of process on foreclosure files
• Prepare motions for extension of time and notices of action
• Update case status and client records in case management systems
• Perform electronic court filings and retrieve documents from Clerk of Court systems
• Process, scan, upload, and store legal and collateral documents
• Handle daily incoming and outgoing regular and overnight mail
• Maintain organization of the mail room and document storage areas
• Review note endorsements and foreclosure-related documents
• Lift and move materials up to 30 lbs as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of foreclosure experience or Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior electronic filing experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented with professional communication skills
