Summary: The role of a Leasing Project Coordinator (LPC) is responsible for assisting the Leasing Project Managers (LPM) and Director of Lease Administration with project coordination on leasing projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support on Leasing projects for the Leasing Project Manager (LPM).
  • Work with the LPM to send out due diligence documents to applicants.
  • Work with the LPM to route documents for signature and filing.
  • Create NPA/PAL Letters and collaborate with regulatory to verify information.
  • Upload relevant documents to internal systems.
  • Redact ground leases.
  • Create and send packages for routing of hard copy documents.
  • Scan documents for approval, routing, and filing.
  • Coordinate with internal groups to gather required information for applicants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Lease Administration.

Qualifications
  • Associates degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience in business or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience, preferably in wireless communication or real estate.
  • Prior experience with Docu Sign, Site Tracker, and SharePoint preferred.
  • Notary Public is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and the MS Office suite.
  • Excellent client and vendor relationship and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks.
  • Independent and team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
