This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of clerical or customer service experience who's ready to step into a fast-paced, detail-oriented role with a welcoming team, supportive leadership, and room for growth—both professionally and personally. You’ll work closely with other departments to review, verify, and finalize documents. You’ll spend most of your day on the computer reviewing submissions, checking for accuracy, and preparing files for billing.
Fluency in English & Spanish (read, write, speak) highly preferred!

Requirements:
- High school diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
- At least 6 months of recent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- Clear and professional communication in English

- Able to handle sensitive or confidential documents
