Senior Information Security Compliance Analyst

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and industry standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and ensure adherence to frameworks
• Lead risk assessments to evaluate potential security threats and collaborate with teams to remediate gaps
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, providing evidence of compliance
• Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and participate in improving compliance programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, compliance, or related roles
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and compliance requirements
• Hands‑on experience with compliance management tools and GRC platforms
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications
• Familiarity with cloud security and third‑party risk management
• Understanding of EU and UK compliance regulations, laws, and frameworks
• Comfortable using AI tools for compliance efforts
