They are seeking to add a Senior Engineer to their team.

• $75,000 - $105,000
• 6% - 9% Bonus Potential

• Report to the Engineering Manager.
• Develop preliminary designs using 3D CAD software, create engineering documentation (drawings, BOMs, CNC files), and process engineering change orders.
• Manage multiple mid-level complexity product lines, adhere to project schedules, and make independent engineering decisions with regular manager input.
• Support product testing (load, strain gauge, field), apply results to design validation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Communicate technical information across departments and with customers; use engineering data management tools.
• Recommend design and process improvements, contribute to cost/safety/quality goals, and mentor junior engineers.
