As part of this expansion, they are adding a detail-oriented, analytical Staff Accountant to help support day-to-day accounting functions and maintain accurate financial reporting across the business.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY- Reports to Controller.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments while maintaining an accurate general ledger.
- Perform routine reconciliations (bank, credit card, and key balance sheet accounts) and resolve variances promptly.
- Support accounts payable/receivable processing and assist with inventory controls as needed.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including gathering documentation for external CPA support.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns across applicable jurisdictions (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Partner with internal teams to support reporting, cost tracking/project accounting, and process improvements or system enhancements.
