Job Summary
The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field operations and managing technician schedules to ensure efficient service delivery. This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities to manage work orders, technician routes, and parts tracking in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatch Coordinator will work closely with field technicians and internal teams to maintain smooth daily operations and timely service completion.

Key Responsibilities
Use  Oracle Dispatch software  to plan and optimize technician routes and daily schedules.
Maintain constant communication with field technicians through  chat, email, and phone  to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
Manage technician schedules and assign  new work orders  throughout the day based on priority and availability.
Coordinate and schedule  return service calls  when required.
Track and verify  parts orders using Fusion software  to ensure technicians have the necessary equipment for service tasks.
Monitor job progress and provide real-time updates to relevant teams.
Adjust schedules and dispatch plans to accommodate urgent service requests or unexpected changes.
Maintain accurate documentation of dispatch activities, work orders, and communications.

Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills  (both written and verbal).
Strong  English speaking ability  for professional communication with technicians and internal teams.
Highly  detail-oriented  with strong organizational skills.
Ability to  multi-task and prioritize  in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using  dispatch and scheduling software systems .
Strong  problem-solving and decision-making abilities .
Ability to  adapt to change  and handle dynamic operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in  dispatch coordination, field operations, or service scheduling .
Familiarity with  Oracle Dispatch and Fusion software .
Experience working in  technical service, maintenance, or field support environments .

Work Environment
Fast-paced operational environment supporting field technicians.
Requires frequent communication and coordination across teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
