We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern for the USA Market to join our

expanding team. This individual will build, coordinate and build strong relationships with

customers, and maintain our reputation for exceptional service in the freight brokerage

industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions

and/or alternatives.

Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise.
Creating and presenting proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiating terms and closing deals to bring in new business for the company.
Coordinating with shipping carriers and logistics partners to arrange for timely and

cost-effective transportation of goods. This includes managing shipping documentation and

negotiating freight rates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, transportation, or a related field is

preferred.

Command in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
