Our services include surface cargo, air cargo, express courier, and B2B shipment handling. We specialize in providing timely, secure, and cost-effective logistics solutions to businesses across various industries.
As part of our expansion plan, we are looking to strengthen our sales team with experienced professionals from the Courier and Cargo industry.

Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site role for a  Sales Business Development – Courier & Cargo  position located in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and acquiring new B2B clients for courier, surface cargo, and air freight services.
The individual will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research within the courier and cargo sector, negotiating freight rates, and building long-term relationships with business clients. The role requires achieving monthly revenue targets, coordinating with operations teams for smooth shipment execution, resolving client issues, and ensuring high service satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must have prior hands-on experience in courier or cargo sales and a strong understanding of shipment pricing, freight structures, and logistics coordination.
Qualifications   2–5 years of proven sales experience specifically in Courier / Cargo / Freight industry (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of surface cargo, air cargo, express courier, and freight pricing models
Proven expertise in B2B Lead Generation within courier and cargo services
Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Experience in rate negotiation, freight costing, and margin management
Target-driven with a track record of achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets
Ability to conduct field sales and client visits
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Prior experience with courier, cargo & logistics companies
