Role & Responsibilities

Lead daily gym operations at the on-site facility in India, ensuring high standards for cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and member experience.
Drive membership sales and retention through targeted promotions, lead follow-up, and personalised member engagement strategies.
Manage team performance: recruit, train, schedule, and coach frontline staff including trainers and reception teams to meet service and revenue goals.
Oversee financial performance: own P&L inputs, control costs, forecast revenue, and deliver monthly operational reports.
Plan and execute group fitness schedules, events, and specialty programs that increase utilisation and member satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, conduct regular risk assessments, and implement incident-response procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Proven track record in membership sales and retention for fitness centres
Experience managing P&L or operational budgets for a gym or wellness facility
Hands-on experience with club management software (e.g., Mindbody)
Strong operational skills in staff scheduling and rostering
Knowledge of health & safety compliance and facility risk management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and basic financial analysis

Preferred

Personal training certification or group fitness instructor credentials
Experience designing group fitness programming and specialty workshops
Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead-conversion workflows
