Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitness Trainer located in Delhi, India. The Fitness Trainer will design and lead fitness programs, conduct group exercise sessions, and provide personalized coaching for clients. They will continuously evaluate and monitor individual progress while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the trainer will contribute to building a positive and motivating gym environment that aligns with Flow Mode's philosophy of long-term wellness and mindful movement.

Qualifications

Expertise in Fitness Training, Group Exercise, and Fitness Instruction
Understanding of the Fitness Industry and trends
Strong Customer Service skills to foster client relationships
Certification from a recognized fitness or personal training institution
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Ability to adapt and cater training sessions to client needs and fitness levels
Passion for holistic health and wellness
