Position Overview

Della Resorts is seeking an energetic, engaging, and skilled Zumba Instructor who will also support guest recreational and adventure activities. The ideal candidate will create memorable guest experiences through high-energy fitness sessions, wellness activities, and resort-based adventure programs. Candidates from Lonavala or nearby areas will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily Zumba sessions, high-energy dance fitness classes, and other group workouts.
Lead yoga or basic stretching sessions for guests as part of the wellness activity schedule.
Assist in organizing and executing guest recreation programs, including indoor and outdoor activities.
Engage with guests to create a fun, safe, and positive environment.
Support the adventure / activities team in coordinating events and guest experiences.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities.
Manage class timings, attendance, and equipment setup.
Promote upcoming fitness and wellness activities to guests.
Provide personalized guidance to guests when required.

Requirements

Certified Zumba Instructor (ZIN certification preferred).
Ability to conduct beginner-friendly yoga or mobility/stretch sessions.
High energy, excellent communication skills, and a guest-first attitude.
Prior experience in hospitality, fitness, dance, wellness, or recreation activities is an advantage.
Should be comfortable handling groups of all ages.
Local candidates from Lonavala or nearby regions will be preferred.

Minimum Qualification

Certified Zumba Instructor (ZIN certification preferred)
