Key Responsibilities Assess clients' fitness levels and health conditions
Design customized workout and training programs
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
Conduct personal training and group fitness sessions
Provide guidance on basic nutrition and healthy habits
Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment
Ensure members follow gym rules and safety guidelines
Motivate and encourage members to achieve fitness goals
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Coach
Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and cardio workouts
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and build rapport with clients
Physically fit and energetic
