Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gym Trainer based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Gym Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients, providing one-on-one or group fitness instruction, and conducting circuit training sessions. The trainer will monitor progress, provide nutrition guidance, and motivate clients to meet their fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.

Maintaining a welcoming and professional environment is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
Proficiency in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
Knowledge of Nutrition and the ability to guide clients on healthy eating habits
Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
Certification in personal training or fitness from a recognized organization
Proven experience as a fitness instructor or gym trainer
Willingness to work on-site and flexible hours
