We're building a flagship B2C sports and wellness event in March 2026 and are looking for people who want real responsibility, real learning, and real execution experience — not just desk work.

Role Overview As an Operations Executive , you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the March event. This is a hands-on role — demanding full ownership and accountability. You will work directly with the Founder and act as the primary owner of on-ground operations.

Responsibilities
Pre-event:
Planning & Preparation
Coordinate with venue owners and facility staff
Identify, shortlist, and follow up with vendors (equipment, printing, logistics, etc.)
Create and manage checklists, timelines, and task trackers
Plan equipment and inventory requirements for each sport/activity
Build and manage a volunteer recruitment and allocation plan
Work with the Founder to finalize logistics and operations
Take independent decisions on vendors and on-ground execution within agreed budgets
Maintain daily ops tracker and share daily progress updates
Flag risks early and implement practical solutions
Ensure all teams (ops, partnerships, volunteers) are aligned before event day
Event Day:
On-ground Execution
Oversee setup and breakdown at the venue
Ensure all sports zones and activity areas are ready on time
Manage volunteers, referees, and support staff on-ground
Act as the first point of contact for on-ground issues and escalations
Coordinate real-time with vendors, security, and medical teams
Ensure smooth participant flow, registrations, and scheduling
Maintain energy, discipline, and timelines throughout the event
Ensure a positive experience for participants, partners, and spectators
Lead event teardown, vendor closures, and post-event reconciliation
Who We're Looking For Minimum 1-2 years of experience in on-ground operations for event managemen t (final-year students (light semester) OR fresh graduates may be considered, but priority will be given to those with practical experience)
Has experience with college fests, sports events, leagues and/or tournaments
Comfortable working full-time till the March event
Willing to work weekends and long hours near event dates
Strong communication (calls, Whats App, follow-ups)
Calm under pressure; proactive and reliable
Loves sports & being on the ground
Commitment & Compensation Duration:
8 weeks (Feb–March)

Compensation:
INR 22,000 per month + performance bonus based on event execution quality (Negotiable based on experience and fit)

High performers may be considered for full-time roles post-event .
Non-Negotiable This role requires complete, full-time availability till the end of March.
