About Kaya Guides
Kaya Guides ek project hai Development Consortium NGO ka. Humara maksad hai India ke youth ke depression ko kam karna, especially jin tak aksar care pahuch nahi paata. Yeh digital mental health program ek adaptation hai World Health Organisation (WHO) ke kaafi asardaar guided self-help program ka.
Hum Whats App chatbot ke zariye 8 weeks tak participants se judte hain - ye program bilkul free hai.
Hindi mein videos dekh kar participants depression kam karne ke tareeke sikhte hain
Har week, ek dedicated Guide (yaani ki aap!) participant ko 15 min ke liye support call karte hain
Hum ek fast-growing startup hain aur hamara plan hai desh bhar ke laakhon yuvaon tak pahuchana jinhe mental health care ki zaroorat hai. Humara team culture hai fun, informal and ek positive badlaav laane se powered.
Guide's Role
Guides ka role Kaya ke program mein behad zaroori hai, kyunki unke kaam se hi participants techniques gehrai se samajh paate hain, supported mehsoos karte hain aur program end tak complete kar paate hain.
Guide har hafte humare participants ke saath 15-min ki baatcheet karte hain aur unhein program complete karne mein acche se support karte hain.
Guide banne ka matlab hai ki aap un logon ki zindagi par seedha asar daalenge jo apni mental health ko lekar mushkil samay se guzar rahe hain. Research yeh dikhati hai ki self-help programs ke saath agar human support add kiya jaye, toh depression aur bhi zyada kam hota hai.
Guide's Responsibilities
Participants ke saath 15-minute ke weekly phone calls pure program ke dauran
Participants ko support karna aur motivation badhana
Self-help techniques se judi confusion dur karna
Safety je jude concerns (jaise ki suicidal khayal) identify karke Clinical Supervisor ko report karna
Participants ko chatbot chalne ke technical errors mein madad karna
Logistics, tracking and documentation
Har call ke liye zaroori notes banana Kaya CRM par
Track karna ki calls ke outcomes kya hue (complete or missed)
Protocol ke according participant ko wapas callbacks karna
Daily schedule manage karna based on fixed calls and callbacks - depending ki unke outcomes kya hue
Additional Duties
Kaya ke platform pe Whats App chats padhna aur technical errors report karna
Iss position ke liye saari training attend karna
Weekly supervision mein challenging cases share karna
Weekly team meeting pe program updates discuss karna

Ghar pe ek private space hona jahan se aap kaam kar pao
Khud ka laptop ya computer hona
Stable internet connection at home
