Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technician specializing in cold storage systems. The position is located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Senior Technician will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various cold storage systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. The role also includes regular monitoring of system performance, conducting preventive maintenance, and adhering to safety and compliance protocols.

Collaboration with team members to ensure operational efficiency is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

Expertise in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, specifically related to cold storage systems and refrigeration equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct detailed inspections and diagnostic evaluations
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance protocols for cold storage and industrial environments
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively

Experience with technical tools and equipment used in cold storage operations
Bachelor's degree or technical certification in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Refrigeration, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar role, specifically in cold storages or industrial refrigeration systems, is highly advantageous
