Xtrawrkx is Hiring for a leading player in Battery manufacturing space. We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products at customer sites while ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and service products at customer locations
Attend breakdown and preventive maintenance calls
Diagnose faults and perform repairs
Maintain service reports, job cards, and records
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure professional customer communication
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
1–3 years of service or maintenance experience
Skills Required
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
Willingness to travel
Good communication and customer-handling skills
