Role Overview
The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience to customers. The role requires handling high-value clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring premium service standards that align with the Helios Luxe brand image.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with  HNI and premium customers .
Ensure a personalized luxury shopping experience for every client.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Maintain client database and follow up for repeat purchases and loyalty engagement.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service and product availability.
Support store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Ensure the store ambiance and service standards meet luxury retail expectations.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline  (preferred in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Hospitality).
Minimum  2–4 years of experience in premium/luxury retail or customer service roles .
Experience working with  luxury brands, watches, jewelry, or high-end lifestyle products  will be preferred.
Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills .
Strong ability to handle  high-profile clientele .
Presentable personality with a customer-first approach.
