LOCATION  :
Noida Sector-50 / Noida Sector-18 / Jaipur /  Bilaspur / Raipur
REPORTS TO :  Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager

JOB OVERVIEW  :

The Luxury Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets and representing the brand's luxury values. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement
oWelcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism and personalized attention.
oUnderstand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
oProvide detailed product knowledge, including craftsmanship, materials and design inspiration.

• Sales & Targets
oAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
oUpsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
oMaintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.

• Client Relationship Management
oBuild and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients.
oMaintain client databases and follow up for repeat business.
oOffer after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Bespoke & custom order management
oAssist clients with custom designs, special orders, resizing and personalization while coordinating with internal team.

• After-sales service coordination
oManage repairs, cleaning, certifications, valuations, and ensure smooth  after-sales follow-up.

• Store Operations
oEnsure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
oAssist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
oUphold store security and compliance protocols.

• Brand Representation
oEmbody the brand's values of elegance, trust and exclusivity.
oStay updated on jewellery trends, luxury retail practices and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

o Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery industry.

oStrong communication skills; (additional languages a plus).

oProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

oProfessional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury standards.

oKnowledge of gemstones, precious metals and jewellery craftsmanship.
