Experience:
2-4 years
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly sales targets & repeat customers
• Handle premium customers, styling & custom orders
• Manage daily store operations & VM standards
• Control inventory, stock accuracy & replenishment
• Lead, train & monitor store staff
• Handle customer issues, alterations & exchanges
• Share daily sales & stock reports with HO
Skills Required
• Apparel/ethnic retail experience
• Strong communication & team handling
• Basic POS & Excel knowledge
• Sales-driven and detail-oriented
