Engaging with customers, driving sales, and enhancing the store's growth and profitability will support the achievement of store sales targets.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
Meet sales targets, welcome customers, identify needs, and provide product information. Handle customer complaints, process returns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Cross Selling & Promotions:
Promote products, special offers, and schemes, including remote selling when required.
Order Management:
Coordinate customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
Stock Management:
Track and tally stock daily, report sales, and ensure timely replenishment.
Display & Merchandising:
Execute product displays per visual merchandising guidelines and ensure the safety of displayed items.
Marketing Support:
Generate leads, invite customers, support store events, and gather market insights.
Internal Processes & Reporting:
Follow grooming and SOP standards, prepare sales reports, and submit them to management.
People Development:
Engage in training for self-improvement and fulfil all mandatory certifications.
