Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor based in Delhi. The Client Advisor will oversee daily customer interactions, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, assisting with jewelry selection, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, and supporting the team in achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Client Relations, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to manage and address inquiries, complaints, and product-related requests
- Proactive approach to building trust and rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector is needed
- Keenness to learn about diamond jewelry products with details and nuances
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as marketing, business, or a related discipline is an advantage

This is a full time Monday-Saturday work from office opportunity from our store in Defence Colony Delhi please note.
