Global Retail Experience
The Global Retail Experience Team defines how Lenskart as a brand comes to life in physical environments across India and global markets. We craft the strategy and design direction for in-store brand experiences - spanning visual storytelling, customer flow, campaign integration, and new store formats. Recommend enhancements to store flow, communication hierarchy, and zoning based on insights and in-store observations
Partner with internal research and insights teams to validate hypotheses and refine retail experience strategies
Ensure experience feedback loops are embedded into future store rollouts and design updates
Experience Required
