Key Responsibilities:

Enhance guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, and courteous food and beverage service in the Restaurant, Bar, and Banqueting areas according to departmental, hotel, and corporate guidelines.
Actively promote sales by offering specialist advice and upselling food and beverage items.
Ensure smooth and trouble-free operations of the Restaurant, Bar, and Banqueting areas.
Set up menus for group dining and banquets in coordination with relevant teams.
Provide efficient service by bussing, serving, and arranging tables as per standards.
Accurately record, pre-check, and pick up all food and beverage orders.
Serve guests their orders promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
