We are looking for a Chinese cuisine specialist to drive consistency, authenticity, and operational control across multiple restaurant kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
• Standardise sauces, gravies, and prep methods
• Improve wok execution, timing, and flavour consistency
• Control oil usage, wastage, and food cost
• Train teams on technique and discipline
• Support menu refinement and new launches
Profile
Required:
• Strong Indo-Chinese / Pan-Asian experience
• Expertise in sauces, wok cooking, and high-volume kitchens
• Process-driven and hands-on
• Willing to travel across outlets
