About the role:

At Mirari, the bar program is built around 'mist, music, and mountains' — with a ground-floor focus on Lonavala heritage cocktails and a high-energy, Indian-forward program upstairs. The Bar Manager will lead this dual-concept bar, building beverage identity, systems, and a team that can deliver speed, consistency, and storytelling.

Key responsibilities:

Run dual bar operations: 'Ode to Lonavala' cocktails downstairs and high-energy Indian classics upstairs
Develop and standardize recipes in a comprehensive Bar Bible
Lead and train 4 bartenders (2 per floor) on speed, craft, and ingredient storytelling
Produce signature concentrates (kokum shrub, jaggery syrup, chikki tincture, etc.) and oversee specialty ice
Manage a 4-line craft beer program and espresso-based coffee service
Align seasonal bar menus with Mirari's 'Seasons of Lonavala' program
Coordinate with kitchen teams on food–beverage pairings and service flows
Oversee bar inventory, costing, and purchasing coordination
Ensure licensing, responsible service, and hygiene standards are met
Requirements:
7–8 years of bar management with strong craft cocktail and Indian flavor experience
Exposure to multi-concept or multi-floor bar operations
Strong training and team leadership skills; ability to create and enforce systems
Familiarity with local/seasonal ingredients and interest in regional storytelling
Comfortable with performance metrics, POS usage, and inventory control
Fluent in Hindi and English;
Marathi proficiency preferred
Based in Mumbai/Pune/Lonavala or willing to relocate full-time
