Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi for a Conti Chef. The Conti Chef will be responsible for preparing continental dishes, planning and organizing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food presentation. Day-to-day tasks include managing ingredients, monitoring food safety standards, training kitchen staff on continental recipes, and collaborating with the team to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing various continental dishes and knowledge of international cuisines
Strong organizational skills for managing kitchen operations and inventory control
Experience in food safety, hygiene, and quality standards compliance
Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff in continental cooking techniques
Creative approach to food presentation and menu innovation
Passion for culinary arts with excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience as a Conti Chef or in a similar role is preferred
Culinary certification or relevant professional training is a plus
