We are a well-established Indian restaurant in Janakpuri, Delhi, and we are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and experienced Pastry & Continental chef for providing different cuisines.
Key Responsibilities:
Take care of Pastry and Continental department, Bakery is Plus.
Oversee inventory management and ensure stock accuracy
Monitor and reduce food wastage
Manage food costing and ensure cost-effective operations
Conduct menu planning and food tasting sessions
Maintain hygiene, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
Preferred Skills &
Qualifications:
Communicational Level English, Hindi is beneficial.
Knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations & inventory system - Advantage
Good communication and leadership skill
PCC must
