Job Summary
The Community Manager will be responsible for managing customer experience, outlet
operations, team coordination, and community engagement. The role combines customer
interaction, food service excellence, operational control, HR coordination, and local brand
- building initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and strong customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Explain food ingredients to customers and recommend suitable food dishes based on
customer preferences, dietary needs, and taste.
-Take food and beverage orders accurately using order-taking pads or handheld POS
systems.
-Interact with customers to gather in-house feedback on food quality and service
standards.
-Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely
manner.
-Establish and maintain basic cleaning, hygiene, and food safety standards as directed
by senior management.
-Maintain stock inventory, daily order indentation, and ensure timely replenishment of
supplies.
-Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks of the restaurant.
-Execute promotional activities in coordination with the marketing department.
-Support brand building initiatives through local store marketing in nearby trading areas.
-Provide practical and theoretical training to team members to enhance skills, service
quality, and motivation levels.
-Update and maintain HR personal files and employee records.
-Monitor and manage the employee database.
-Conduct interviews as per the defined interview and selection guidelines.
-Manage team onboarding, orientation programs, and exit formalities.
-Prepare and maintain leave records and team salary coordination.
-Assist senior management in establishing HR and Operations management modules
and oversee their implementation across outlets within the assigned area.
