Missing the Bangalore dosa in Mumbai, they embarked on a quest to recreate their childhood favorite. After perfecting the recipe, they realized the secret to a good dosa lies not just in the ingredients, but in the  honour, respect, and care invested  in its making.

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to join our team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates with basic pastry knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing soft serve bases and other dessert preparations. The role involves assisting in daily production while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Responsibilities
Prepare soft serve ice cream bases as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist in inventory handling and proper storage of ingredients.
Support senior chefs during production and service hours.
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and equipment.
Follow SOPs and report any quality or equipment issues to seniors.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of pastry and dessert production
Diploma/Certificate in Bakery & Pastry Arts preferred
Willingness to learn and take instructions
Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ice cream experience is a bonus.

Compensation
Negotiable, based on experience.
