Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in New Delhi. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing hiring processes, leading the team, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining compliance with safety and health regulations. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Qualifications
Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills
Proficiency in hiring and team management
Excellent communication abilities for leading teams and engaging with customers
Knowledge and expertise in food and beverage operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices is a plus
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
