Role Overview
Infollion is looking for a Research Head to own and elevate the quality, depth, and impact of research across the organization.
This role will be the custodian of Infollion's research DNA - strengthening iconic assets like value chain maps, sharpening market intelligence, and building a high-calibre, research-driven team.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching, setting high research standards, and translating complex market realities into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Elevate the Research Quotient Across Infollion
Lead and drive research-led initiatives across teams, including market landscapes, value chain maps, and sector deep-dives
Coach teams on structured market research thinking, frameworks, and best practices
Enable teams to develop deep domain understanding, going beyond surface-level research into nuanced industry insights
Act as a quality gatekeeper - reviewing, refining, and strengthening research outputs
Support expert identification by grounding searches in strong market and ecosystem understanding
Build Research Capability Through Coaching & Training
Mentor and coach researchers with diverse backgrounds, helping them grow faster and think sharper
Design and deliver training programs for new joiners and existing team members on research fundamentals and advanced techniques
Partner with hiring teams to assess research capability and support onboarding of new researchers
Conduct QC of everyday research outputs to refine and strengthen expert recommendations for Infollion's clients
Act as the internal go-to authority on market research and sector intelligence
