Role Overview

The Manager – Product Research will lead and execute product and user research initiatives to support research-driven product development and innovation. The role focuses on generating actionable insights through user research, market and trend analysis, and concept validation, while working closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative user research activities

· Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities

· Translate research findings into clear insights and product recommendations

· Support product strategy, concept development, and early-stage validation

· Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and research frameworks

· Collaborate closely with design, engineering, product, and business teams

· Guide junior researchers or designers on research execution and documentation

· Present research insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teams

· Maintain structured documentation and knowledge repositories for research learnings

Required Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in product research, design research, innovation, or related roles

· Graduate degree in Design or a related discipline

· Strong understanding of user-centric design and design thinking methodologies

· Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights

· Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

· Experience working in cross-functional product development teams

Tools & Skills

· Advanced qualitative and quantitative research methods

· MS PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation tools

· Figma, Miro, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

· Experience with usability testing, prototyping, and validation tools

· Structured thinking and decision-making skills
