Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead a certain cluster for production activities for cell manufacturing at ReNew with a focus on cost reduction and optimum utilization of Machines training & developing of the system/manpower.

Roles And Responsibilities

Handling manufacturing of Solar Cell, material management, capacity utilization, manpower management. Should have extensive knowledge of the manufacturing process of the cluster.
Ensuring high yield, continual productivity improvement of the cluster by implementing new techniques.
Developing process improvements for inventory, manufacturing & production control systems.
Evaluating production control activities to ensure that final product meets customer specifications.
5. Responsible for maintaining cell critical to quality parameters (CTQ) such as conversation loss/yield loss and control wastages.
Formulating & Achieving shift & daily, weekly & monthly production target while maintaining quality standards.
Successfully reduce cost & losses/utilized equipment capacity.
Conducting root cause analysis on the production activities & taking immediate remedial actions.
Performing mass balancing & accounting of inventory, conducting vendor evaluation, assessing daily consumption and ensuring zero stoppage due to BOM & consumables.
Excellence in Data analysis, automation of shop floor data collection to reduce human errors and increase productivity.
Proven success in working with production teams to define technical specifications for altering existing equipment & facilities.
Proficiency in formulating & executing production and manpower schedules / plans for smooth execution of projects within time & cost parameters.

Profile & Eligible Criteria

Education:

B. Tech(Electrical/ Mechanical) from a reputed engineering college

Experience:

At least 6 years' of relevant post qualification experience in large cell component industry
