The Role

As Associate Director Manufacturing, you will lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards. This role focuses on driving process improvements, cost optimization, and team development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives

What You Will Do

Oversee complete manufacturing operations from raw material to finished product. Lead and develop high-performing teams across production divisions. Drive cost control, process optimization, and compliance with GMP and ISO standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and new technologies. Ensure achievement of KPIs like Yield, OEE, and GUR

What We Are Looking For

Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to manage complex manufacturing operations. Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma and process improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education:

Required:

B.Tech/B.E. in Production/Industrial/Mechanical. Preferred:
Post Graduation in Engineering or Management

Experience:

Minimum 10 years in food/manufacturing at senior level.

Skills:

Strategic thinking and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams. Strong communication and adaptability

Languages:

English, Hindi (Business Fluent).

Certifications:

Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
